home care can be overwhelming. Our program can provide you with
the daytime respite you need to help you feel more supported
as a home caregiver.
Harborside Adult Day Health Center is the
appropriate choice for your loved one if they have recently been
discharged from a medical facility and require continued therapy
and/or medical care. The program follows through with discharge
plans, and also provides individualized assessments and therapeutic
care planning.
An aging relative who lives on their own
would also benefit from Harborside Adult Day Health Center. We
can ease your concerns regarding medical care, medications, or
the nutrition your loved one needs daily, as well as easing your
fears of them having an accident or medical emergency while alone.
Our program provides the services to meet
your needs and the needs of your loved one in a safe and supportive
environment, while maintaining the highest level of independence
possible.
Harborside Adult Day Health Center offers
in-house nursing services provided by full time Registered Nurses
who plan, provide and supervise medical and nursing services
for each participant, as well as directing the care of the nursing
